What are the new dates of The Digital ILC 2020?
The confirmed dates are 27-29 August 2020.

Will my abstract still be accepted to present on the new event dates?
Yes, it will. All accepted abstracts will be automatically scheduled to be presented at The Digital ILC 2020, taking place 27-29 August.

I have already submitted my abstract. Do I need to resubmit it?
If your abstract was accepted for the onsite ILC 2020, it will be rescheduled for The Digital ILC 2020, taking place online 27-29 August. You do not need to submit a new version of your abstract. Your submission will be transferred as you submitted it to the new event dates.

Will my abstract still be published in the Abstract book, as a supplement to the Journal of Hepatology?
Yes, successful abstracts will still be published in the supplement. We plan to publish it in line with the dates of The Digital ILC 2020, 27-29 August.  The Abstract book should be available online by 20 August 10:00 CET. Please contact ILC.abstracts@easloffice.eu for further information.

Will I be able to amend my accepted abstract?
No, but of course you can add data to the poster or oral presentation as you deem appropriate.

Will the presentation options remain the same?
Yes. All accepted abstracts submitted as a regular abstract or late-breaker will be presented as either an oral or poster presentation, according to the notification you received in January. Advice on how to prepare your oral or poster presentation will be published here shortly. For ePosters, our provider, PosterSessionOnline will contact you again to restart the ePoster submission process.
The oral presentations sessions will take place online, so they will be viewable at a later date on the EASL Campus. More information will be communicated  individually on oral abstract to presenters, in due course.

What happens if I have planned to encore my ILC abstract at another conference between 19 April and 27 August?
Abstracts presented in non-EASL international gastroenterology and hepatology meetings and journals will be accepted. Please ensure that your abstract has  not been presented anywhere before 15 April 2020.
If you present your abstract between 15 April and 27 August, it will not be considered as an Encore at The Digital ILC 2020, to be held 27-29 August.
