Given the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing restrictions, EASL decided to transition the onsite International Liver Congress™ 2020, planned for 25–28 August, to an immersive and exciting digital event – The Digital International Liver Congress™ 2020 which will be held 27–29 August 2020. Accordingly, we have have adapted and updated our deadlines for abstracts.
All abstracts that were accepted for the International Liver Congress™ 2020 will be presented at The Digital International Liver Congress™ 2020. For scheduling information, please refer to the programme information page.
Any abstract accepted as an oral presentation will be presented remotely as a 10-min prerecorded presentation, followed by a 5-min live Q&A session, coordinated by two chairs.
All technical information will be sent to oral abstract presenters in due time.
Any abstract accepted as a poster will have to be submitted as an ePoster and will later be made available through The Digital ILC 2020 platform.
Abstract sessions will also be scheduled to highlight selected posters.
