ILC 2020 participants who wish to reserve childcare services during the congress are informed that there is a “Busy Bee Nursery” located adjacent to the ExCeL Centre. Reservations should be made directly with the establishment via the online reservation system available at this link. Please note that reservations are made subject to availability.
“Busy Bees in London ExCeL” management strongly suggests that the ideal time to make a reservation for childcare during the ILC 2020 Congress is between end February 2020 and mid-March 2020 to avoid disappointment as far as possible. Prayer room at the Congress
There is a prayer room located between S8 and S9 in the boulevard. The prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.
